What is Reply Sent?

REPLY SENT is a personalised hand written reply letter sent to the address you provide.

We are not a monthly subscription and there is no matching you up with a possible pen pal who never writes to you.

Each purchase is a REPLY SENT…it’s in the name.

How does it work?

REPLY SENT is a personalised hand written reply sent to the address you provide. REPLY SENT is as simple as:

  1. Purchase a REPLY SENT letter

  2. Write to us - electronic or physical letter (instructions at purchase)

  3. Then you await your REPLY SENT letter in your mail box.

When you purchase a REPLY SENT, you can write to us either electronically -via the form -or you can send a physical snail mail letter to REPLY SENT.

Each purchase generates an order number which MUST be on your physical letter for a REPLY SENT letter to be sent.
No order number = NO REPLY SENT

Electronic letters sent through the order form, do not require the order number as it is automatically generated.

Each letter can only be sent to 1 address at a time.

Different address = Different purchase.

How much does it cost?

REPLY SENT letters cost the same no matter where it’s sent to.

Each purchase covers the postage, stationery and time to write a reply.

Refund Policy

REPLY SENT does not offer a refund for REPLY SENT letters that are not delivered.

Prior to the REPLY SENT being written, packaged or posted, you are able to cancel your order. No refund will be issued for cancelled orders.

How We Share and Process Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Because our website operates on the Squarespace platform, your data is securely shared and processed through the following entities:

  • Website Hosting & Infrastructure: We share your registration, account, and browsing information with Squarespace so they can provide stable website hosting, checkout services, and customer analytics to us.

  • Payment Processing: Your actual credit card numbers are handled directly by integrated, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal) linked to our Squarespace store. REPLY SENT does not store your full credit card details on our own systems.

  • Shipping & Fulfilment: Your name and postal address are shared with postal services strictly to deliver your REPLY SENT.

How We Use Your Information

  • To fulfill your order and ship physical materials directly to your door.

  • To securely process orders.

  • To send you confirmations via email.

  • To monitor and optimize our website’s security, layout, and loading performance.

Data Security & Retention

  • All traffic to our website is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption provided via Squarespace to ensure a secure checkout environment.

  • We retain your information only for as long as required by law for financial accounting, audit trails, and tax records.

Your Choices & Rights

  • You can cancel your order prior to it being written, packaged and sent.

  • You can request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, or request that your profile be permanently deleted from our system by contacting us.

Shipping Policy

REPLY SENT letters are sent from Australia.

Shipping times may vary depending on location. REPLY SENT can not guarantee a time for delivery of a REPLY SENT letter.

As such please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders.

If you have not received your order after 4 weeks from date of purchase please contact the team via email letter.reply.sent@gmail.com

Can I use the Reply Sent address without paying?

We love getting mail so you’re welcome to send it to us.

However if you would like a REPLY SENT to you, a purchase needs to be made.

Each purchase generates an order number which MUST be on your letter if you wish REPLY SENT to reply to a physical letter.

If no order number is on the physical letter, the letter will be kept for 14days until a purchase has been made.

If no purchase is made within 14 days then the letter will be disposed of, and no reply will be sent.

Can I PUrchase a REply Sent letter as gift?

YES! What a great gift!

When purchasing the REPLY SENT letter, select GIFT, and let us know the reason for the gift so we can tailor the REPLY SENT.

If you are purchasing more than 1 gift, you will need to purchase a REPLY SENT for each address.

Each letter can only be sent to 1 address at a time.

Different address = Different purchase.
